Student Leadership is important to us at Alder. We are currently recruiting our next group of student leaders from our year 10 cohort.
Last week, potential Head Students presented to KS3 during assemblies and told them all about their ideas for improving Alder.
There is a rigorous recruitment process which includes a detailed application, a formal presentation, student and staff ballots and an interview with Mrs Critchlow.
It's been an exciting week and we look forward to announcing our new student leaders, who are ready to drive real change at Alder, later this week!
