We would like to invite you to attend our Year 10 Parents’ Evening on Thursday, 23rd April 2026. This evening will be an opportunity for you to come into school to meet with your child’s subject teachers and discuss the progress they are making.   

Appointments will be available between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. To book your appointments, you will need to visit: alderchs.schoolcloud.co.uk  If you have any problems booking your appointments, please contact the school office. If you find that any of your child’s teachers are fully booked when you make your appointments, please select ‘join waiting list’ so that we can make alternative arrangements for the teacher to provide you with an update.   

We do not have the capacity to be able to offer separate appointment to separated parents. We politely request that you either attend the appointment together or share the appointments. 

You will be able to book an appointment with one of your child’s science teachers, who will speak to you about all three science subjects.  If you wish to speak to any of your child’s other science teacher, please enquire with them on the evening regarding availability.  

A member of the SEND team and Attendance team will also be present for drop in appointments.

You are welcome to bring your child along with you to the appointment, but they must be in full school uniform.    

A report will be issued which summarises your child’s behaviour and engagement in learning and their current attainment during Year 10.
